Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you call, text, or email us, that usually means your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the problem with your garage door.

This website does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details through the site.

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, provide quotes and invoices, and follow up about work we have done for you. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email using the details you provide.

If you text us, we will reply by text about your service request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP or letting us know by phone or email.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed to do the job or run the business — for example with a supplier ordering a replacement door or part for you — or when required by law.

Our website host may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, in order to keep the site running and secure. If you reach this page from an online ad, the advertising platform may also record that visit as part of its own reporting.

We keep service and billing records for as long as needed to support warranty questions, repeat service, and our legal and tax obligations, then dispose of them securely.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
